PTA Grants
Through many fundraising efforts, the PTA is proud to offer teachers and staff funding for programs, materials, and equipment that will enhance the learning environment at Westbrook and Glen Grove. Grant requests will be evaluated based upon a variety of factors including support of the D34 strategic plan, direct impact to learning, and innovation.
Info for Teachers and Staff
The PTA grant cycle for 2024-2025 is open! This year, grant submissions will be approved on a rolling basis, subject to available funding. Please see the letter below for details, including guidelines for applying, the criteria upon which the grant will be evaluated, and the review/approval process. The grant cycle will close on May 1, 2025, allowing for a final vote on any outstanding grant submissions at the last PTA meeting on May 7, 2025. Grant Proposals
Grant proposals will be available in this section once they are posted. If you have any questions about a specific grant, please reach out to the PTA president by the deadline listed for each proposal. This gives the grant applicants time to respond before a vote. Please note, only PTA members are eligible to vote on grants. Become a PTA member today to help support the many programs and activities we offer for our children and schools! Joining the PTA doesn’t require attendance at meetings or volunteer commitments.
