Room Reps

PTA Room Reps play a significant role acting as the liaison between the PTA and the classroom, ensuring that parents are kept up to date with events and happenings at the school.  Two Room Reps per classroom are assigned at the start of each school year and is on a first come, first serve volunteer basis.  The ideal Room Rep candidate is organized, self-motivated, and great at bringing people together.  



  • Share PTA announcements with the classroom via email throughout the year

  • Request Classroom Fund donations

  • Promote PTA Membership 


  • Collect and distribute parent contact information

  • Coordinate classroom parties with teacher

  • Be available to parents if questions arise on PTA events 

Fun Maker

  • Organize class meetups throughout the year (e.g. park meetups, sledding, book clubs, etc.)  

  • Join classroom parties as a parent volunteer
