Committees
The PTA Board has several standing committees comprised of PTA general members and Board members that support key functions of the PTA. The chair of each committee serves as a representative to the Board’s Executive Committee.
Committee Descriptions
Bylaw Committee
Our PTA has bylaws that govern the operations and policies that our PTA follows. The bylaw committee is responsible for overseeing these bylaws to ensure compliance with PTA state standards and making periodic updates to them as needed. ​​
Grants Committee
Each year the PTA distributes grants to teachers to support their needs for our students and classes. The grants committee oversees the grant process including soliciting for grants, reviewing applications, and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of grants.
Party Planning Committee
Are class parties your jam? Help us plan them!! The party planning committee creates the party plans for each grade’s class parties for the year.
Parent Student Services Liaison Committee
The PTA Student Services Parent Liaison are parent mentors for parents of children with 504s, IEPs, social emotional and any other needs. As committee members, the liaisons collaborate with the PTA to establish inclusive programming and events.
